Desarrolladora Homex, S.A.B. de C.V. -- Moody's downgrades Homex's ratings to Ba1.mx, ratings placed under review for downgrade

Mexico, April 25, 2013 -- Moody's de Mexico downgraded Desarrolladora Homex, S.A.B. de C.V.'s ("Homex") national scale unsecured debt rating and issuer rating to Ba1.mx, from A3.mx (global scale local currency rating to B2 from Ba3), its Certificados Bursatiles program rating to Ba1.mx, from A3.mx (global scale local currency rating to (P)B2 from (P)Ba3). Concurrently, Moody's will withdraw the Certificados Bursatiles program rating and the issuances from this program as the Homex has not been able to place these issuances in the market. The ratings were placed under review for downgrade.
