Elior S.A. -- Moody's affirms Elior's corporate family rating at Ba3; outlook changed from stable to positive
London, 21 April 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today affirmed the Ba3 corporate family rating and the Ba3-PD probability of default rating of Elior S.A. (Elior). Concurrently Moody's has affirmed the B1 rating on the senior secured notes (due 2020) of Elior Finance & Co SCA. Moody's has changed the outlook on all Elior's ratings to positive from stable.
