London, 09 January 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to positive from negative the outlook on the B3 corporate family rating (CFR) of Enterprise Inns plc, a UK pub operator. Moody's has also changed to positive from negative the outlook on Enterprise Inns' Caa1-PD probability of default rating (PDR) and on the B2 instrument rating of the company's GBP275 million of senior secured fixed-rate notes due 2031. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed these ratings.
