New York, October 04, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned Explorer Pipeline Company (Explorer) a Baa2 long-term issuer rating. At the same time Moody's withdrew Explorer's P-2 short-term commercial paper rating, following the termination of Explorer's commercial paper program. The rating outlook is stable.
