London, 31 October 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today affirmed UK based Expro Holding UK 3 Limited (Expro)'s Caa1 corporate family rating (CFR) and downgraded the ratings of the Term Loan B and Revolving Credit facility borrowed by Expro FinServices S.a.r.l. to Caa1 from B2. At the same time Moody's assigned a limited default (LD) indicator to Expro's Caa1-PD probability of default rating (PDR), which was concurrently affirmed. The outlook on all ratings was changed to stable from negative.
