Foresight Energy, LLC -- Moody's upgrades Foresight Energy to Caa1
New York, November 01, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today upgraded the corporate family rating (CFR) of Foresight Energy, LLC to Caa1 from Caa2, as well as the probability of default rating (PDR) to Caa1-PD from Caa2-PD, and the senior secured rating to B3 from Caa1. The speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-3 remains unchanged. The outlook is stable.
