GPT Property Trust LP -- Moody's assigns Baa3 issuer rating to GPT Property Trust LP, outlook is stable.
New York, May 12, 2015 -- Moody's has assigned a Baa3 issuer rating to GPT Property Trust LP, the main operating subsidiary of Gramercy Property Trust Inc. (collectively 'Gramercy'), a net lease REIT with industrial and office assets. The outlook for the rating is stable. This is the first time Moody's has rated Gramercy.
