Mexico, September 11, 2014 -- Moody's de México assigned debt ratings of Ba2 (Global Scale, local currency) and A2.mx (Mexico National Scale) to the MXN 180 million enhanced loan of the municipality of Guadalupe from Bansi. The loan has a maturity of 12 years with 9 months of grace period for principal payments and is paid through a master trust (Bansi, trust number F 2124-2). The loan pays an interest rate composed of the 28-day Mexican Interbank Interest Rate (TIIE in Spanish) plus a spread.
