New York, June 28, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has corrected the ratings for Series 1993 C-2 Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (CUSIPs 451888DE8 and 451888CE9) issued by Illinois Development Finance Authority. The ratings for these bonds were previously withdrawn on July 27, 2009 due to an internal administrative error. At the same time, Moody's has corrected the rating history for the Series 1993 C-2 bonds as follows:
