New York, July 08, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service commented that Ingredion Incorporated's announcement of an agreement to acquire Kerr Concentrates is credit positive but has no effect on the company's ratings or outlook. On July 8, 2015, Ingredion announced that it has agreed to acquire Kerr Concentrates, Inc., a producer of ingredients made from fruits and vegetables, in a transaction valued at $100 million.
