Sao Paulo, May 17, 2013 -- Moody's America Latina (Moody's) changed the outlook to stable from negative of Investimentos e Participações em Infraestrutura S.A. -- INVEPAR. At the same time, Moody's affirmed INVEPAR's corporate family ratings (CFR) of Ba3 and A2.br on the global and on the Brazilian national scales, respectively.
