New York, April 07, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service affirmed the long-term ratings of The Laclede Group, Inc. (LG), including its (P)Baa1 senior unsecured rating, and changed the rating outlook to negative from stable. The ratings and outlook for Laclede Gas (Laclede), the principal operating regulated utility of LG, remains unchanged.
