New York, May 25, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned Aa3 / VMIG 1 letter of credit (LOC) backed ratings to the Buchanan County, Missouri Variable Rate Demand Refunding Revenue Bonds (Lifeline Foods, LLC Project), Series 2009A and 2009B (the Bonds) in connection with the substitution of the current LOC supporting the Bonds, provided by BOKF, N.A., with a new LOC to be provided by Commerce Bank (the Bank).
