New York, February 12, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has upgraded to Aa1 from Aa2 the rating on Maryland Community Development Administration's (MD) $15.9 million Local Government Infrastructure Bonds (Senior Obligation), Series 2010 A-1. Simultaneously, Moody's has downgraded to Aa2 from Aa1 the rating on Maryland Community Development Administration's (MD) $7.0 million Local Government Infrastructure Bonds (Subordinate Obligation), Series 2010 A-2.
