MBIA Inc. -- Moody's requests comment on proposed revisions to methodology for financial guarantors

New York, July 15, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service is requesting market participants to comment on some proposed changes to the methodology used by the rating agency to rate financial guaranty insurance companies. Moody's does not expect any outstanding ratings to change if the revisions are adopted as proposed.
