Mega Energia Locacao e Admin. de Bens S.A. -- Moody's downgrades Mega Energia's ratings to C/C.br; stable outlook
Sao Paulo, January 15, 2015 -- Moody's América Latina Ltda. downgraded Mega Energia's corporate family ratings to C from Caa1 on its global scale and to C.br from Caa1.br on its national scale. The ratings on the company's BRL 70 million senior unsecured debentures were downgraded to C/C.br from Caa2/Caa2.br. The ratings outlook is stable.
