Milwaukee (County of) WI -- Moody's has updated the sale date for Milwaukee County, WI's GO Bonds Series 2015A-D; ratings unaffected

New York, October 02, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service reports that the change in sale date for Milwaukee County WI's, General Obligation Bonds Series 2015A-D bonds will have no impact to the assigned Aa2 rating and stable outlook. On October 1, 2015, the issuer informed Moody's that the published sale date of October 5, 2015 for the General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2015A; General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2015B; General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2015C; and Taxable General Obligation Mass Transit Bonds (QECBs - Direct Payment), Series 2015D was incorrect. The sale dates have been adjusted and now reflect October 14, 2015 for the Series 2015A and Series 2015B Bonds; and October 29, 2015 for the Series 2015C and Series 2015D Bonds. As the total sale amount has not changed, there is no impact to the assigned rating.
