Moody's: AMMC CLO XI, LIMITED ratings unaffected by First Supplemental Indenture.

New York, April 01, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by AMMC CLO XI, Limited (the "Issuer") into a supplemental indenture dated as of April 1, 2015 (the "First Supplemental Indenture") by and among the Issuer, AMMC CLO XI, Corp. as Co-Issuer and Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the immediate withdrawal or reduction with respect to the current rating by Moody's of the Class A Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the First Supplemental Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
