Moody's: Ares Enhanced Loan Investment Strategy IR, Ltd. ratings unaffected by Supplemental Indenture

New York, July 09, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Ares Enhanced Loan Investment Strategy IR, Ltd. (the "Issuer"), a CLO, into a supplemental indenture dated as of July 9, 2013 (the "Second Supplemental Indenture") by and among the Issuer, Ares Enhanced Loan Investment Strategy IR Corp. as Co-Issuer (along with the Issuer, the "Co-Issuers") and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the immediate withdrawal or reduction of the Moody's current rating of any Class of Secured Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Second Supplemental Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
