Moody's Assigns Aa1/VMIG 1 JDA-ratings to $250M NYC G.O. Fiscal 2017 Series A-4 and A-7
New York, August 10, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned letter of credit (LOC) backed Aa1/VMIG 1 ratings to the City of New York General Obligation Bonds, Fiscal 2017 Subseries A-4 and A-7 Bonds (collectively the Bonds, the A-4 Bonds and the A-7 Bonds respectively). Purchase price of the Bonds will be provided by LOCs provided by Citibank, N.A. (Citibank) for the A-4 Bonds and Bank of the West (BOTW) for the A-7 Bonds.
