New York, July 05, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned provisional ratings to the notes to be issued by World Omni Automobile Lease Securitization Trust 2016-A (WOLS 2016-A). This is the first auto lease transaction of the year for World Omni Financial Corporation (World Omni, unrated). The notes will be backed by a pool of closed-end retail automobile leases originated by World Omni, who is also the servicer and administrator for the transaction.
