New York, July 25, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that 277 Park Avenue, LLC, the Borrower for the 277 Park Avenue Loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
