Moody's: BSCMS 2005-PWR9 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, May 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Controlling Class Representative has elected to terminate Situs Holdings, LLC as the Special Servicer, and to appoint C-III Asset Management LLC as the replacement Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
