Moody's: Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2013-3, Ltd. ratings unaffected by Collateral Management Agreement Amendment.

New York, October 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2013-3, Ltd.(the "Issuer") into an amendment (the "Amendment") dated as of October 7, 2016 to the Collateral Management Agreement (the "Agreement") dated as of June 27, 2013 between Carlyle Investment Management, L.L.C. as Collateral Manager and the Issuer, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the current Moody's ratings of any Class of Rated notes to be reduced or withdrawn. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendment could have non-credit-related effects.
