Moody's: GMAC 1997-C1 Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, November 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") was informed that the Controlling Class Representative of GMAC 1997-C1 has elected to terminate KeyBank National Association as Special Servicer for the trust and herby appoints ORIX Capital Markets, LLC as the successor Special Servicer under the PSA. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
