New York, April 24, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Holders of the Certificates evidencing a majority of the Voting Rights allocated to the Controlling Class have elected to terminate CW Capital Asset Management LLC as the Special Servicer, and to appoint ORIX Capital Markets, LLC as the replacement Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
