Moody's Liquidity Stress Index down slightly despite market volatility

New York, July 22, 2013 -- Moody's Liquidity Stress Index (LSI) has fallen slightly, to 3.5% as of mid-July from 3.7% at the end of June, despite recent volatility in the credit markets, Moody's Investors Service says in its latest edition of SGL Monitor. The LSI remains well below its historical average of 7.2%, though it is up from its record low of 2.8% at the end of April.
