Moody's: MLCFC 2006-3 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, August 12, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Majority Certificate Holder intends to remove Torchlight Loan Services LLC, as Special Servicer, and to appoint C-III Asset Management LLC as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
