Moody's: MLMI 1998-C3 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, June 12, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that GE Capital Realty Group, Inc. ("GECRG") has elected to resign as the Special Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement for the captioned transaction, and to assign its rights as the Special Servicer thereunder to Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC ("RCA"), which will become the replacement Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer assignment and replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
