Moody's: Music industry consolidation should help major labels grow their digital revenue
New York, May 21, 2013 -- The consolidation in the global music industry that has left just three major content providers standing--Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Warner Music Group--should give these groups more leverage in their negotiations with the digital music service providers, increasing their digital revenue, says Moody's Investors Service in the report "Global Music Industry: Consolidation to Three Major Label Groups Should Fuel US Digital EBITDA Growth."
