Moody's: No negative rating impact on Velocity 2011-1 notes with amendment to the Servicing Agreement
New York, May 31, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Services announced today that an amendment to the Servicing Agreement of the Velocity Commercial Capital Loan Trust 2011-1 transaction, would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the rating currently assigned to the 2011-1 Senior Note issued by Velocity Commercial Capital.
