Moody's: No negative rating impact on WF-RBS 2011-C2 due to a Permitted Transfer/Assumption of the Borrower of the Hollywood & Highland Loan
New York, May 22, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that CIM/H&H Retail L.P. (the borrower) of the Hollywood & Highland Loan has requested a permitted Transfer/Assumption. The proposed Transfer/Assumption will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the governing documents.
