Moody's: No rating impact on American Express card ABS following issuance of 2014-4 and 2014-5 transactions

New York, November 19, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the issuance of the American Express Credit Account Master Trust, Series 2014-4 and Series 2014-5 Class A and Class B Asset Backed Certificates on 19 November 2014 would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any class of outstanding securities issued by the trust.
