New York, November 19, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the issuance of Series 2015-3 and amendment of the Series 2010-6 supplement would not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any outstanding series of notes issued by Avis Budget Rental Car Funding (AESOP) LLC (the Issuer), an affiliate of Avis Budget Car Rental LLC (B1).
