Moody's: No rating impact on bonds issued by The California County Tobacco Securitization Agency following proposed Sixth Amendment
New York, October 01, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the proposed Sixth Amendment to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (the JPA Agreement) of The California County Tobacco Securitization Agency (the Agency) would not result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the debt ratings issued by Moody's.
