Moody's: No rating impact on Eagle Credit Card Trust ABS following amendments to program documents

Toronto, August 25, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the amendments to the Series 2010-2 and Series 2013-1 co-ownership agreements and indenture supplements to allow for the addition of another rating agency would not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the notes issued by Eagle Credit Card Trust.
