Moody's: No rating impact on J.G. Wentworth XXXIV LLC Series 2015-1 ABS following addition of receivables
New York, May 20, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the addition of receivables, executed on 20 May 2015, to the collateral backing the J.G. Wentworth XXXIV, LLC (the Issuer) Series 2015-1 Class A and Class B Asset Backed Notes (together, the Notes), would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to the Notes.
