Moody's: No rating impact on MondoMutui Cariparma S.r.l. following amendment.
London, 22 May 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the amendments to increase the cap in relation to the disposal of the receivables, to lower the rating trigger to renegotiate loans and to lower the rating triggers in the swap documentation would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the notes rating assigned to MondoMutui Cariparma S.r.l.
