Moody's: No rating impact on SNS Bank N.V. Covered Bond Programme following amendments to the programme documentation

London, 07 January 2016 -- Moody's announced today that the programme annual update, which includes the implementation of certain amendments in relation with the new Dutch covered bond law and the modification of certain rating triggers following the introduction of the new Moody's banking methodology will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current Aaa rating of the SNS Bank N.V. Covered Bonds.
