Moody's: No ratings impact on Citibank card ABS following issuance of unrated 2014-B2 and C2 notes

New York, March 25, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the issuance of the Citiseries Class 2014-B2 Notes and the Class 2014-C2 Notes on 25 March 2014 (the Notes) would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust (the Outstanding Notes).
