Moody's: No Ratings Impact On Genesis Trust II Receivables-Backed Notes Following the Addition of Accounts on January 19, 2015
Toronto, January 26, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the addition of certain loans on 19 January 2015 to the custodial pool of loans that support the undivided co-ownership interests held by Genesis Trust II (the "Trust") would not, in and of itself, result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding series of notes issued by the Trust at this time.
