Moody's: No ratings impact on SCORE credit card ABS following amendments to repurchase co-ownership interest
Toronto, August 23, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the amendments on 22 August 2013 to the Series 2004-1 transaction documents to allow SCORE Trust's ("SCORE") administrative agent and servicer (the Toronto branch of JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., "JPM Toronto Branch") to repurchase the Series 2004-1 co-ownership interest in SCORE would not, in and of itself, result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to the Series 2004-1 senior and subordinated notes issued by SCORE at this time.
