Moody's: Ratings of Grosvenor Place CLO 2015-1 B.V. notes unaffected by the proposed purchase of an asset
London, 17 November 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the proposed purchase of an asset incorporated in Cayman Islands by Grosvenor Place CLO 2015-1 B.V. (the "Issuer") will not in and of itself and at this time cause the current Moody's ratings of the notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or withdrawn.
