Moody's sees no negative ratings impact on HFG-sponsored healthcare ABS from issuance of Series 2013-1 notes

New York, November 27, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the issuance of the HFG Healthco-4 LLC, Series 2013-1 VFC will not, in and of itself and at this time, cause a downgrade, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings on the existing notes issued by HFG Healthco-4 LLC (the "Issuer") and rated by Moody's, namely the Class A notes of Series 2010-2 VFC and the Class A notes of Series 2011-1. Moody's believes that the issuance does not have an adverse effect on the credit quality of the securities such that the Moody's ratings are impacted. However, Moody's opinion addresses only the credit impact associated with the issuance, and Moody's is not expressing any opinion as to whether the issuance has, or could have, other non-credit related effects that may have a detrimental impact on the interests of note holders and/or counterparties.
