New York, January 03, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") stated today that the transfer of servicing from Aurora Loan Services LLC ("Aurora") to Nationstar Mortgage LLC ("Nationstar") of the affected transactions listed below will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the securities issued by the affected transactions.
