Moody's: Servicing transfer to SPS from Ocwen has no negative ratings impact on four Subprime RMBS transactions
New York, May 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") stated today that the transfer of servicing from Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC ("Ocwen") of approximately 3,490 loans from four transactions to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. ("SPS") , will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the securities issued by these transactions.
