New York, September 10, 2013 -- Smaller exploration and production (E&P) companies are set to benefit the most from the resurgence in oil and gas production in the Permian Basin, but specific regions within the basin offer the greatest potential rewards, Moody's Investors Service says in a new report, "Spoils of Resurging Permian Basin Won't Be Shared Equally Among E&P Companies."
