New York, July 25, 2014 -- After a split vote on the City of Detroit's bankruptcy plan, with some impaired creditor classes voting to approve it and others to reject it, the federal bankruptcy court overseeing the Detroit bankruptcy has several key decisions to make regarding recoveries for creditors, says Moody's Investors Service in the report "Detroit Bankruptcy Plan: Split Vote Among Creditors Leaves Key Decisions to the Court."
