Moody's: State HFA delinquencies declining despite rising foreclosures
New York, May 12, 2014 -- For the first time in four years, State Housing Finance Agencies' (HFAs) delinquency rates declined in 2013, signaling improving conditions for the sector, says Moody's Investors Service in the report "State HFA Delinquencies Declining." This happened despite rising foreclosure rates because of increases in states with judicial foreclosure systems.
