New York, May 15, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has concluded its review of the ratings on 54 tranches in 29 tax credit-linked structured notes, which it had placed on review for upgrade on 20 March 2015. Moody's upgraded all the ratings to Aa2, after the assignment of a Aa2 (cr) Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment) on 14 May 2015 to U.S. Bank National Association, which acts as the guarantor in the transactions.
